The essay deals with the relationship between freedom, knowledge and work as part of the social conflicts that have marked Italy during the ’70s. 150 hours for the right to study is a good example to study the attempt to socialize the knowledge and ensure greater autonomy and freedom in the workplace through access to knowledge and culture. The innovative training experienced in those years and documented in the FLM archive corresponds to a strong of mass self-education experience, opening up spaces for individual and collective liberation opportunities.
