The evolution of Italian multicultural society calls for a greater commitment on the part of institutions, especially school, given its central role in migrants' inclusion processes. There are many cross-cultural actions that school carried out since many years. Nevertheless, the rate of school and education failure of immigrant children is still high. The care of the relational dimension between the various subjects involved in the educational scene is one of the aspects to raise to meet this challenge.

Abstract
