The Youth Transition from Higher Education to the Workplace

The essay analyzes the problem of the transitions fro the Higher Education to the Labour Market of the Young Master Degree People. The research, through an evidence based method, shows the difficulties of the transition because the mismatch between the Course of Studies at the University Level and the Competences requested by the Labour Market. The most important results are 1) the length of the transition, 2) the mismatch of the competences; 3) the old competences respect the new vision of the Industry 5.0 of the future.
