Neat reaction of carboxylic acid methyl esters and amines for efficient parallel synthesis of scaffold amide libraries.

Efficient synthesis of unsubstituted and substituted amides is described. The reaction is characterised by its mildness and ease of work-up. A library of amides, synthesised by heating ester 1 or 2 with various amines has been generated. La synthèse à haut rendement d’amides substitués ou non est décrite. La réaction est caractérisée par la modération de ses conditions expérimentales et sa facilité de mise en œuvre. Une librairie d’amides a été générée par réaction entre les esters 1 ou 2 avec différentes amines.
