Aim of the present work is analyzing psychometric characteristics of the italian Or- ganizational Justice Scale (OJS) (Colquitt, 2001), translated by Di Fabio, to verify its applicability also in the italian context. The sample is made by 405 hospital employe- es. Descriptive statistics, dimensionality, reliability and concurrent validity were been calculated. Confirmative factor analysis has supported a four dimensional version with good internal consistency and concurrent validity. OJS can appear a valid instrument to measuring organizational justice in the italian context.
