Quality of life is an elusive concept approachable at varying levels of generality from the assessment of societal or community wellbeing to the specific evaluation of the situations of individuals or groups. The purpose of this study is to investigate Quality of Life in a gay male couples’ Italian sample. Results: High relationship quality, agreement on important issues and sexual satisfaction; non-acceptance from Italian society; relational difficulties before coming out; refusal from mother, support from friends.
