La place de la subjectivité dans le champ de la médecine

In an apparently inevitable way the development of the modern medicine has implied the eclipse of the subject from the clinical field, suggesting the impression that the medicine is a totalitarian discourse. The author examines the possibility to find a place for the subjectivity but keeping in the fundamental axis of the medicine. The reference to the evolutionary biology and precisely to the adaptation theme allows a way at the end of which the author suggests the idea that to ignore the subjectivity of the patient lets to ignore a crucial technical element. It is possible also discover that the logics of the therapeutic process in the clinical medicine and psychoanalysis are much nearer than one can think.
