The article presents two parts: The Stimulus and Sharing a model. It show us the importance of dialogue like an essential cognitive experience, and a possibility of confrontation and opening. The autor explains also the various motivations of involving researchers, operators, activists, educator in the experience of CoP and how according to the model of Wenger what caracterize the CoP is essentially the possibility of developing and creating new knoledge with the focus on the idea of creating a virtual space of encounter that would permit everybody to retrieve the material, the information, the contacts, and the quality and typology of past experiences. The article analizes why CoP is an active and dynamic context of learning.
