In the presentation of the seminar the author discuss the social role of architecture and the importance to develop theories for formulating ideas and drawing up practices where Architecture is seen as a core social value. Within this context the Seminar proposes a comparison between the Space Syntax Theory and other approaches used in research in the field of architectural technology.
