Some innovative aspects on eco-sustainable design had been announced that could led to a more immediate and tangible benefits for communities, The shared sustainability approach advocates place making where people have priority. People can moved their city transformation but need to respect vulnerability of specific urban areas and buildings. Even sustainable criteria can favorite designers each new intervention has to respect principles for sustainability and green architecture. A concerted effort to address this would introduce the opportunity for making community and adopt shares space concept. This can enhance physical opportunities and improve people’s life and well being. Whether the challenge for designers is to make a sustainable urban change, is to consider policy for an eco-sustainable design to promote a sustainable approach to our cities and towns.
