This paper theoretically examines the problem of improving low-resolution radar prediction from information on the received signal's polarization state. The acquisition of a radar echo polarization state requires implementation of a second reception channel, whose polarization is orthogonal to the first. Results of the study show that the possibilities of improving the theoretical accuracy limits in predicting interfering echo parameters are better than in constant polarization systems.

Abstract
This paper theoretically examines the problem of improving low-resolution radar prediction from information on the received signal's polarization state. The acquisition of a radar echo polarization state requires implementation of a second reception channel, whose polarization is orthogonal to the first. Results of the study show that the possibilities of improving the theoretical accuracy limits in predicting interfering echo parameters are better than in constant polarization systems.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
