This study focuses on the localization accuracy that can be reached in HIMR treatments. The contribution of MVCT slice thickness and registration algorithms provided with the HIMR system will be evaluated. The global accuracy of the positioning/delivering procedure will be assessed using an anthropomorphic phantom.

Abstract

This study focuses on the localization accuracy that can be reached in HIMR treatments. The contribution of MVCT slice thickness and registration algorithms provided with the HIMR system will be evaluated. The global accuracy of the positioning/delivering procedure will be assessed using an anthropomorphic phantom.
