This study aimed to analyze the influence of different levels of heat stress distributed to five treatments, Recommended Temperature (TP -33°C), Temperature Cassuce (TC- 30°C), Light Cold (FB -27°C), Moderate Cold (FM-24°C), Accented Cold (FA-21°C) on average body temperature in chicks during the first week of life, housed in environmental chambers. It was observed that animals subjected to FB had increased average weight and daily weight gain compared to animals kept in recommended temperature.
