Abstract
The aim of this is to evaluate the possibility to analyze whether the symptoms are found in the overtraining dividing everything in aerobic fitness, and mixed with overloads, evaluating based on training hours if there are at least some of the symptoms that science describes. Is also sought to assess whether certain diseases and use of drugs is carried out in gyms. Sample of 116 athletes practicing fitness, powerlifting and aerobic activity and use of overloads. Athletes have an average age of 33 years (± 22.7). The work is based on the compilation of a questionnaire consisting of three types of questions: questions of general origin by analyzing the type of training and the actual training; questions related to overtraining syndrome, or questions a bit 'more relevant in the context of' OTS and questions of a medical nature, or certain types of diseases and use of certain medications. It is hypothesized that athletes who use overloads are displayable OTS and influenza-like illness and that they use drugs like anti-inflammatories. The tests were administered by questionnaire using Google Drive. training system: Russian, Bulgarian and Sheyko (Feduleyev, Shatov, MSLS, TesVorobyev and Pignatti).I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
