This study aims to improve the performance of the service in Badminton to make direct point; through body awareness, increase the ability to control images, thoughts, attention, arousal, stress and emphasize the importance of the recovery of the sensations of Peak Performance, derived from previous sporting experiences of success. The subjects were subjected to certain tests for the assessment of fatigue (Borg scale) during the entire study period. The application of these tests has been accompanied by some indication that the subjects had to observe before making the measurement. Keywords: Borg CR-10, sport performance. Project: The work is based on the application of the "Five-Steps-Strategy" in relation to the training methods, the strategy adopted in relation to the psychological athletes badminton, increasing the organization of cognitive processes, favoring the acquisition and retention of information and skills, the identification and understanding of the error, the generalization of knowledge about similar situations and increasing autonomy enforceable. Hypothesis: The paper aims to focus on the utility of the Five-Steps strategy, as a possible methodological framework of training in the service of badminton. In this way we hope to lead the coaches on the approach to a psychological better sensitivity with due importance. Materials, means and methods: The sample consisted of 4 male players of Badminton mid-level players and 2 males of high competitive level, all part of the team of Badminton COS-Nanteau participating in amateur leagues in France. The work was carried out at the gymnasium of the COS-Nanteau, 2 rue des Arches, 77710 Nanteau-sur-Lunain in France. For the realization of this experimental research have been used the following materials: Borg "CR-10"; Badminton rackets "babolat first essential"; Flywheels "Li-Ning - Badminton shuttlecock goose feather"; Tests were carried out, one initial, December 23, 2013 to assess the percentage use of the service short or long, and the percentage of winning service, and a final test on February 8, 2014 to verify the improvements. Both tests were performed at the Tournament 'LiIle de France de Badminton, organized at the gym' Equipe de Dassault Sport in St-Cloud (92) '. Each athlete included in this study provided the informed own consent to the purpose of the research.
