Experimental investigation on the biochemical processes, HRV parameters and epigenetic phenomena, which influence the condition of physical and athletic and technical and tactical level of a top athlete. The study was conducted on a sample of 25 gymnasts in the FGI-Italian team (Olympic Club CONI) which, subject to a three-pronged approach of observation scintifica and methodological basis for a period of one year (one concerning the World Championship qualifying for Olympic Games 2012), enabled the acquisition of new modulators index for a new Olympic quadrennial planning (2013-2016).
