Ci vuole un seme. Coscientizzazione e lavoro di comunità

La nuova uscita della rivista “Il Seme e l’Albero” può costituire l’occasione per interrogarsi sul significato di una nuova pubblicazione scientifica oggi e sul senso che può avere il punto di vista della psicologia di comunità, in un periodo in cui i bisogni sociali sono più pressanti che nel passato. I contributi teorici che ci provengono da studiosi, non solo del nostro paese ma anche di altre regioni nel mondo, sottolineano l’importanza di una ridefinizione di giustizia, solidarietà, etica, politica e psicologia. Un professionista che voglia essere participant conceptualizer (teorico partecipante) deve valorizzare concetti quali partecipazione, potere e coscientizzazione, come modalità per promuovere il cambiamento nelle nostre comunità, in vista di una maggiore inclusione sociale e di strategie finalizzate all’empowerment. E se la nostra comunicazione è cresciuta negli anni per diventare più efficace, non abbiamo diminuito l’impegno nel costruire reti aperte e dolate di significato. The new edition of the journal “Il Seme e l’Albero” may be an occasion to wonder about the meaning of a new scientific publication, now, and the opportunity of the community psychology point of view, particularly at a time when people are more needed than in the past. Lessons learned by relevant scholars, coming from not only our country but also from other regions of the world, underline the importance of a new definition of justice, solidarity, ethics, policies and psychology. A professional who wants to be a participant conceptualizer has to take into account concepts like participation, power, and coscientization, as ways to promote changes in our communities, aimed to social inclusion and empowering strategies. And if our communication has grown up over the years to be more effective, we didn’t reduce our commitment in building meaningful and open networks.
