In the post-modern, era individuals are facing with new challenges for career management and life management arising from the complexity of the current world of work. This article discusses the importance of individual resources in a positive psychology framework, introducing a new concept called Positive Lifelong Self and Relational Management (PLS&RM). Then this article explores career counseling accountability and the related issue of evaluation of intervention effectiveness from a quali+quanti perspective in a positive framework, suggesting new guidelines for the 21st century and describing new measures of effectiveness.
