The emerging key aspect of hydro- and hemodynamic disturbances in AD was covered. Pros and cons of the amyloid cascade hypothesis were argumented in the light of the potential significance of Aβ efflux impairment. The risk factors of AD were also discussed in a perspective centered on the hindered capacity to clear ISF-CSF from harmful endogenous byproducts.

Abstract
The emerging key aspect of hydro- and hemodynamic disturbances in AD was covered. Pros and cons of the amyloid cascade hypothesis were argumented in the light of the potential significance of Aβ efflux impairment. The risk factors of AD were also discussed in a perspective centered on the hindered capacity to clear ISF-CSF from harmful endogenous byproducts.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
