Preservice and inservice teacher’s training is nowdays recognised as a strategic issue of educational and social growth. Beyond the theoretical debate, flourishing also in Italy, the problem to define a set of standards to evaluate and promote ongoing progress of preservice teacher has to be faced. In this paper, starting from cultural frames and taxonomies already used abroad, a set of standards for the future primary and kindergarten educators training (SPPPI) inside an Educational internship at the University of Florence is advanced and discussed.

Abstract
