La formazione professionale fra relazioni industriali e regolazione pubblica. Il caso italiano dal dopoguerra agli anni ’70

During the 20 th century, the Italian education system has historically structured around three institutionalized levels of job training: technical schools, vocational schools, non-school vocational institutions. This conformation, stiffened by fascism, has strongly influenced the role of social actors after the Second World War. Until the 70s industrial relations, highly centralized, they have not addressed the issue of training and access to education and professionalization. When this happened, in conjunction with the decentralization of public policies and the experience of the 150 hours, the next major transformation of the industrial society in the 80s and 90s has again confused the reference paradigms, affecting especially the trade union strategies, now mainly defensive.
