The present study is one of the first attempts to test a conceptual model that links perceptions of learning HRM practices and innovative work behavior using two differents variables as mechanism: LGO and LMX. LGO is an individual variable and LMX is a relational variable. The three learning practices used are different in level: individual, team and organizational level. Results indicate that individual learning practice are not significantly related to IWB through LGO and LMX. Team learning practices are positively related to LGO and LMX and finally organizational learning practices are positively related with LMX. Results from SEM analyses showed that learning practices, specifically in team practices are related to IWB through LGO and LMX.

Abstract
The present study is one of the first attempts to test a conceptual model that links perceptions of learning HRM practices and innovative work behavior using two differents variables as mechanism: LGO and LMX. LGO is an individual variable and LMX is a relational variable. The three learning practices used are different in level: individual, team and organizational level. Results indicate that individual learning practice are not significantly related to IWB through LGO and LMX. Team learning practices are positively related to LGO and LMX and finally organizational learning practices are positively related with LMX. Results from SEM analyses showed that learning practices, specifically in team practices are related to IWB through LGO and LMX.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
