The design of a complex object is a very important activity. Produce an unintuitive and poorly usable artifact can mean declare in advance his failure. In the design phase is essential to follow a methodology that sees the end user the “core” of the design. This paper aims make a contribution in this direction by showing, through three experimentation, how was designed and implemented the iTunesU Siena platform following the User-Centered Design methodology.
