This work aims at presenting a strategy to design a choice experiment with the following features: 1- a design matrix -through a repeated block array- in which each factor (and levels) is defined according to the specific comparison in each block; 2-the evaluation of a Mixed Level Fractional Factorial design (MLFF); 3-the application of this design matrix to a mobility study; 4-the analysis of data by applying discrete choice models.
