In this letter to the Editor, authors responded to a recently published article in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases, suggesting that the efficacy of influenza vaccination in preventing stillbirth should not be overemphasized, so to provide parents and professionals with clear, unbiased and affordable data on the real extent of such a benefit.
