Literature evidences and early High Education experiments point out the need of a cultural change in AECOO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owning, Operation) sector. It is discussed under the “three pillars view” which may create the pre-requisite to start the innovation process within the sector and enable the adoption of new organisational models like Lean Design and BIM digital technology.
