Casentino

Con Andrea Rossi abbiamo ragionato su come si possa dare spessore e consistenza alla parola “comunità”, calandola all'interno della realtà dell'Ecomuseo del Casentino di cui è responsabile. Il testo è costruito volendo dare conto del nostro dialogo. Andrea individua vari tipi di comunità legate all'ecomuseo che coordina. Per facilitare la lettura ho diviso le comunità individuate in cinque tipologie: le associazioni locali vecchie e nuove; le associazioni con obbiettivi specifici come i gruppi di acquisto solidale o il biodistretto; la scuola, il Casentino nella sua interezza ed infine la comunità degli ecomusei italiani. E' venuto fuori uno spaccato interessante ed articolato che ha messo in discussione l'idea, ormai non più praticabile, di una comunità omogenea e compatta ed è emersa piuttosto l'immagine di una comunità di comunità che possono dialogare, ma anche essere facilmente in conflitto tra loro. With Andrea Rossi we thought about how to give depth and significance to the word “community” within the context of the Ecomuseo del Casentino of which he is responsible. The text is thought as an account of our dialogue. Andrea identifies several types of communities that have a connection to the museum. To facilitate the readers, I divided the communities identified in five types: the old and new local associations; the ones with specific objectives such as the fair trade groups and the “organic district”; the local schools, the Casentino territory as a whole and then the community of the Italian ecomuseums . The sample that results is interesting and articulated and challenges the idea, no longer viable, of a homogeneous and cohesive community. The image is rather that of a community made of communities that can talk but, at the same time, be easily in conflict with each other.
