We report the case of a 77-year old woman who presented anaphylaxis after SPT with amoxicillin. The patient was given epinephrine repeated after 5 minutes later because of persistent hypotension. BAT correctly identified the severe amoxicillin allergy and the negative BAT test to cefuroxime supported the cephalosporine challenge, wich was tolerated.

Abstract
