The architecture of the sole of the foot, is defined as once supported by three arches, resting on the ground about three dots on the floor at the vertices of an equilateral triangle. The weight of the vault is applied on keystone and is divided across the two pillars towards two of the support points, also called «arc» shoulders. Orthotics are the only information to be derived from a fixed receptor in direct contact with an environment property, which is represented by the ground. The nerve endings that are stimulated during the standing and the movement makes foot a “postural organ”, and an extraordinary brain informator. The exercises are meant to correct foot position and restore functional balance of the entire muscular structure. Strengthening and stretching the muscles of the foot and leg can improve stability, proprioception exercises helps to improve foot use during walking, the technique of step ensures that walking becomes more economical and fficient as possible.
