The aim of the present study was to develop a daily recursive biometeorological procedure to forecast the hourly optimal outdoor minimum clothing insulation value required to reach the thermal neutrality (min_clo) accomplished by an effective clothing communication. This information was calibrated for a standard subject occupied in a specific activity.
