An overview of the experimental campaign developed at the CRIACIV wind tunnel on a via-duct of the new railway line Tlelat-Tlemcen in Algeria is reported. Reduced scale models were used to simulate the wind effects on the structure in serviceability condition as well as during some erection phases. Static and aeroelastic wind tunnel tests allowed both estimating the de-sign parameters (aerodynamic coefficients and Strouhal number) for the deck and pylons and assessing the occurrence of aeroelastic phenomena (vortex-induced vibrations, galloping, coupled and torsional flutter). A specific study referring to the wind effects on the launch nose is also reported. Finally, a monitoring system was located at the top of a pylon to simultaneously measure the wind speeds and the acceleration.

Abstract
Finally, a monitoring system was located at the top of a pylon to simultaneously measure the wind speeds and the acceleration.I documenti in FLORE sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
