The Jesi Municipality wanted to make its own Plan for the Elimination of Architectural Barriers (PEBA) by treating existing information and acquiring new information for this purpose, thus gaining the dual result of enhancing its datasets and managing the entire process that goes from planning to the elimination of man-environment conflicts in a transparent way. The problem can be summarized as the practicability of the slow mobility (outdoor and indoor) graph, in relation to the interfering elements. The open geodata of the "i-locate" project has been taken as a starting point by introducing the necessary complementary elements to address the specificity of the subject in question. The choice was to model the information handled by always privileging standards and open formats. The drafting of the plan involves the interaction of several actors with different roles: the municipal planning team, external consultants on the specific theme, stakeholders, and providers of technology solutions. The aim is to integrate all the tools already used by the municipality with other open source to manage the whole process from the building of the knowledge framework, the stakeholder involvement, the ranking of the solutions to the implementation and monitoring of the various steps through interactive dynamic maps that show progress in the work. The results achieved are still partial as the process is still ongoing. For the phases that have been carried out so far, the methodology used has made it possible to standardize all cad and GIS data already present in the municipal databases. This has enabled the i-locate information on the accessibility of communal property open to the public to be made available on the i-locate portal, favoring the use of geolocation facilities already provided by the i-locate project and ensuring maximum transparency during the implementation.

Abstract
This has enabled the i-locate information on the accessibility of communal property open to the public to be made available on the i-locate portal, favoring the use of geolocation facilities already provided by the i-locate project and ensuring maximum transparency during the implementation.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
