This work presents an original model of connections between the dimensions/variables of sustainable human resource management and CRS, examined in accordance with international standards of measurement, such as ISO 26000, SA8000 and especially the model GRI (Global Reporting Initiative). Our model is tested on a business case. Empirical analysis may serve as the basis for academic reflection and for business initiatives
