Abstract

Starting from the psychoanalytical theories on the sense of guilt, the main goal of this project is to produce an empirical verification on the influence that the two main dimensions of the guilt (persecutory guilt and need to repair) have on the development of social competence in childhood. In particular, our goal is to verify the Kleinian hypothesis that the children’s prevalent dimension of sense of guilt influence their different interactive and relational strategies within the peers group.
