With this article, we aim to enter the recent debate on sustainable human resource management (SHRM) and its relationships with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In detail, we deepen, both from the theoretical point of view, the link between sustainable leadership practices and the main international standards of CSR measurement The paper consists of two main parts. The first one presents a literature overview on the sustainable leadership and on its intertwining with CSR. In the second part, an original model of the measurement of sustainable leadership practices—according Global Reporting Initiative—is applied to a business case.
