This paper aims to describe the development of a questionnaire to identify needs in relation to entrepreneurship promotion among young people within the European project Strengthening Entrepreneurial Sparks (SPARK). In this article, the results of the administration of the questionnaires in the four countries involved in the project, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Turkey, are presented. The findings of this study consent us to identify needs and also suggest recommendations for policy makers in relation to entrepreneurship promotion among youths.

Abstract
