ASR arises original research papers, reviews, international project reports, dataset papers, technical and concept notes on the many issues related to forest ecology and management. ASR is an Open Access, inter - national, peer-reviewed online journal, today indexed by SCOPUS, where the articles published from 2013 are included. No fees are requested for publication. ASR in on Google , Twiter and Facebook. The recent indexing in SCOPUS has been reached afer a legacy of 85 years of editorial activity (a total of 41 issues published), based on a vast expertise in forest science, from reports of silvicultural and forest genetics trials, to the more recent researches on forest biometrics and geomatics, modeling, global change impacts and their mitigation, adaptive management, and socioeconomics. Thanks to a long history and scientific and technical sound dissemination of research and experimental findings as the main aim, today ASR is an important reference point for the international forest research and forestry communities.
