A 19-year-old male patient underwent pre-surgical evaluation for drug-resistant left frontal lobe epilepsy. ElectroCorticoGraphic (ECoG) recordings were performed during wake and full-night sleep, and several seizures were recorded, all characterized by a stereotyped ECoG pattern.
