The sensitivity to the tyrosine kinase inhibitor imatinib-mesylate (IM) of KCL22 CML cells cultured under glucose shortage have been determined by scoring cell survival/growth via trypan blue exclusion and stem cell potential via Culture Repopulation Ability (CRA) assay.
