We present the design of a corrugated circular horn feed for a radio astronomy reflector antenna at C-Band and describe a particular design of the circular horn corrugations and profile due to the peculiar geometrical and electromagnetic constraints due to the specific application.In the paper feed engineering and manufacturing aspects are addressed, electromagnetic performance and assessed both via numerical simulations and measurements.
