The aim of this study is to report data on a multimodal monitoring strategy based on the intraoperative use of neurophysiological monitoring, flowmetry by microflow probe, and intraoperative indocyanine green video angiography (ICG-VA) during microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms.
