Hyperbamboo. Temporary bamboo pavillon

Design/construction process related to the proposal of a sustainable pavilion with bamboo technology. The premises and requirements of the project were established in the Bamboo Landmark Design Challenge (Camboo), an international competition promoted by Building Trust International, whose main objective was to build a bamboo temporary pavilion to host various activities of the Phnom Penh Bamboo Festival. The winning project HYPERBAMBOO was designed by a team of professors and architects from the University of Florence (Italy) and built a few days later in a central square of the capital of Cambodia.
