In the PhD’s thesis, from which this contribution derives, some methodological aspects concerning the Rasch analysis are treated. In particular, the attention is focused on two main problems: the latent regression modelling in presence of longitudinal data and the treatment of missing item responses. The applications concerns the measurement of Health related Quality of Life (HrQoL) in cancer patients.
