The case study proposed concerns the fortress of Le Castella, a structure that has its origins since the Greek mythology of the travels of Homer. The object provides a good historical bibliography of reference from which we started to systematize and verify a methodology of studies that starting from the thematic design was able to clarify, verify expand and present complex notions to a differentiated user. In particular, we have dealt with the themes of relief design, archaeological design and design for the museum
