In Tuscany, as well as in all Italy, there is a wide public residential heritage built during the 70’s/80’s with in industrialized/prefabricated techniques. Such buildings, thanks to their significant technological consistency, present low energy efficiencies and they are characterized by inadequate indoor comfort conditions. At the same time the possible recovery interventions are constrained by the rigidity of the construction, by the limited financial resources of managing bodies and owners, moreover it is necessary that the users should not leave the apartments during the works. The research carried out has tried to define guidelines which can be extended to many cases typologically comparable especially from the technological point of view and which consider the aforementioned elements. The objective was to substantially reduce the energy consumption through no-invasive interventions and to improve the comfort conditions inside the apartments. The identified procedure, its application to a building complex considered representative of that period and the definition of the obtained benefits, are presented in this paper.

Abstract
The identified procedure, its application to a building complex considered representative of that period and the definition of the obtained benefits, are presented in this paper.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
