This series is the largest describing the outcomes of RAPN for cT2 renal masses. In our analysis RAPN for large renal masses appeared to be feasible, with acceptable perioperative and functional outcomes. Further studies are needed to better investigate the benefits of nephron-sparing in such large masses.

Abstract

This series is the largest describing the outcomes of RAPN for cT2 renal masses. In our analysis RAPN for large renal masses appeared to be feasible, with acceptable perioperative and functional outcomes. Further studies are needed to better investigate the benefits of nephron-sparing in such large masses.
