Predictive factors of patients’ and partners’ sexual function improvement after Collagenase Clostridium histolyticum injection for Peyronie’s disease: Analysis from the largest Italian multicentre single-arm study

Peyronie’s disease (PD) has a devastating effect on patients and their partners.Several non-surgical therapies have been tried in PD, but their efficacy remains questionable. Collagenase clostridium histolyticum (CCH- Xiapex®) is the only licenced product for treatment of PD. Multivariate linear regression analysis adjusted for age, duration of the disease, baseline penile curvature (PC) (model 1) and adjusted for age, IIEF-15 median changes and PDQ median changes (model 2) were performed to identify variables association with sexual function improvement for both patients’ and partner’s.
