In the last decade, robot assisted pyeloplasty (RAP) has increasingly emerged for the treatment of pediatric patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). The majority of published series use to drain the field after the procedure. The aim of the study was to describe our experience of RAP for UPJO in children and to assess difference between drained and not drained patients.
