Patients affected by Peyronie’s disease (PD) benefit most from therapy with Collagenase Clostridium Hystolyticum (CCH). However, clinical results in patients with uncommon penile curvature (PC) have been never reported. We retrospectively collected data of patients affected by ventrolateral PC secondary to PD. Patients received pharmacologically induced artificial erection test (intra-cavernous injection) to assess the degree of penile curvature (PC) at baseline and after the completion of the treatment.

Abstract

Patients affected by Peyronie’s disease (PD) benefit most from therapy with Collagenase Clostridium Hystolyticum (CCH). However, clinical results in patients with uncommon penile curvature (PC) have been never reported. We retrospectively collected data of patients affected by ventrolateral PC secondary to PD. Patients received pharmacologically induced artificial erection test (intra-cavernous injection) to assess the degree of penile curvature (PC) at baseline and after the completion of the treatment.
