Italian Manufacture Between Technological and Social Innovation

The contribution has the aim of analyze the importance of traditional manufacturing systems in different contexts and how these are integrated adding value to the whole process. In the Italian and Tuscan context, in particular, it is useful to highlight how manufacturing production represents not only a pro- duction model but also an element of cohesion of the social environment.
